Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
UA Ice Hockey Program
There are no fees for tryout registration. Fees will be collected on installment plan once a player is selected to a team. Player fees are non-refundable.
HS Mini-Camps - Summer
UA Ice Hockey Association Refund Policy All fees paid to Upper Arlington Ice Hockey Association are NON REFUNDABLE. However, the Committee, in its sole discretion, reserves the right under circumstances to make refunds. No refunds of any fees shall be made under any circumstance when a player leaves Upper Arlington Ice Hockey Association sponsored programming in order to join or associate with another hockey club, association, or organization within a 25 mile radius of Central Ohio as such radius is determined by the Committee in its sole reasonable discretion. All approved refunds will incur a $25 registration/processing fee. Please contact the Upper Arlington Ice Hockey Association at treasurer@uahockey.com to request a refund.
Ice Bear Skills Camp

UA Summer Hockey
There is no fee for registering. This will allow upcoming Freshman - Senior hockey players to stay engaged prior to tryouts and the upcoming hockey season. **Any programs that require additional cost will have separate registration. GO BEARS!!
UA Hockey Alumni
There is NO FEE for this registration!
Future Ice Bears
There is no fee for registering as a Future Ice Bear! Connect with classmates, friends and fellow hockey players and families throughout the Upper Arlington Ice Hockey community! GO BEARS!!
