Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
UA Speed Week 2025
UA Ice Hockey Association Refund Policy All fees paid to Upper Arlington Ice Hockey Association are NON REFUNDABLE. However, the UAIHA Board, in its sole discretion, reserves the right under circumstances to make refunds (e.g. non-participation due to injury). No refunds of any fees shall be made under any circumstance when a player leaves Upper Arlington Ice Hockey Association sponsored programming in order to join or associate with another hockey club, association, or organization within a 25 mile radius of Central Ohio as such radius is determined by the Committee in its sole reasonable discretion. All approved refunds will incur a $25 registration/processing fee. Refunds must be requested prior to the start of the related programming. Please contact the Upper Arlington Ice Hockey Association at treasurer@uahockey.com to request a refund.
Future Ice Bears
There is no fee for registering as a Future Ice Bear! Connect with classmates, friends and fellow hockey players and families throughout the Upper Arlington Ice Hockey community! GO BEARS!!
UA Hockey Alumni
There is NO FEE for this registration!
UA Hockey 5v5 Summer League
There are no refunds for UA Hockey registrations. If there is an issue with changing status of registration between FULL TIME and SUBSTITUTE please contact info@uahockey.com. Thank you.
UA Summer Hockey
There is no fee for registering. This will allow upcoming Freshman - Senior hockey players to stay engaged prior to tryouts and the upcoming hockey season. **Any programs that require additional cost will have separate registration. GO BEARS!!
HS Mini-Camps - Summer
