Faith Mission Outreach

The team will be preparing and serving meals on Saturday, January 9 from 9:30 - 2:00 and Sunday, February 7 from 9:30 - 2:00. Click on the Facebook logo to the left and see pictures.

Team Forms All team members are required to complete team and school forms. All school forms can be downloaded here. On that UA Schools page you must complete all forms under UPPER ARLINGTON DISTRICT FORMS - REQUIRED and REQUIRED BY THE OHIO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (OHSAA).The Media Consent form can be downloaded with the link to the right.
